Product Operations Lead, BQUANT Enterprise in London, United Kingdom
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and organized Sales Product Operations Lead for BQuant Enterprise. In this role, you will be the key operational leader connecting sales, product, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment. You’ll drive efficiency, streamline processes, and apply data to support strategic product execution. If you enjoy optimizing workflows and working cross-functionally, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the central link between BQuant sales, technical teams, and engineering. Your mission? Ensure seamless, timely delivery of key product features while maintaining alignment across all groups.
2. Be the go-to contact for sales and product teams. Lead weekly updates on customer success and sales operations, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
3. Manage the review and approval process for Statements of Work (SOW), RFP, and client due diligence processes, coordinating with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth progression of client engagements.
4. Create and manage dashboards to track vital metrics, such as client engagement, sales performance, and project timelines. Leverage data insights to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
5. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance workflows, boosting speed, accuracy, and communication across sales and the broader communication pipeline.
6. Proactively identify and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines. Implement measures to mitigate risks and strengthen resilience.
Required Qualifications:
1. Degree in operations or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in sales or product operations or business intelligence, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.
3. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Splunk, Tableau, PowerBI).
4. Experience driving successful outcomes with sales, project management, and technical teams.
5. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a talent for influencing cross-functional teams.
6. Strategic problem solver with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in the financial data or quantitative finance space.
2. Knowledge of Python.
