About the Role:
As Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy, you will work closely with the executive team, driving the development and implementation of Paradigm’s corporate strategy and key policies. This includes playing a critical role in our journey towards becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, through the creation of detailed and costed plans.
Your leadership will ensure we stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes, translating them into practical and balanced solutions for our business. You’ll also provide insight into external factors impacting social housing and work to position Paradigm as a leader in the sector.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the development and execution of Paradigm’s corporate strategy and policy initiatives.
2. Driving our commitment to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, ensuring the delivery of detailed and realistic plans.
3. Anticipating and responding to legal, regulatory, and external changes that impact the housing sector.
4. Working with senior leaders to coach, motivate, and inspire teams across the organisation.
5. Presenting insights and proposals to internal and external audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
6. Collaborating with the executive team to drive new approaches and innovation within the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
1. A deep understanding of the social housing sector and the ability to anticipate and respond to external challenges.
2. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and engage teams across the organisation.
