With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
Job Advert Role Description
As a housekeeper, you will be in charge of undertaking cleaning duties across the site ensuring a complete cleaning service is provided in compliance with RQIA and Health & Safety Regulations. Duties will include:
1. Comprehensive cleaning (washing floors, emptying bins, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, etc.) ensuring the service meets high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
2. Reporting any maintenance issues (damages, faults) to management teams.
3. Organising and assisting with laundry duties and rotas.
4. Assisting with ordering of cleaning supplies.
5. Using and storing cleaning products in accordance with COSHH regulations.
Cleanliness and hygiene are a vital part of any RQIA inspection; therefore, the role of housekeeper is a key support service of the site. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with great attention to detail, who can assist with cleaning our site to an excellent standard.
