Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
1. Experience in selling IT staffing solutions in the UK, primarily contingent staffing in private & public sector.
2. Proven track record of sales growth & generating revenue for the company across the UK region.
3. Experience & willingness to work as a standalone & hands-on sales professional.
4. Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue streams.
5. Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, and opinions.
7. Experience in delivering and achieving/exceeding targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
8. Desire to work as a go-getter and thrive for challenges with a can-do attitude.
9. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK for client meetings & developing new business.
10. Experience in successfully managing internal & external stakeholders and meeting their expectations.
Responsibilities
The applicant will be responsible for creating a roadmap as a standalone & hands-on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts.
1. Focus on developing new business clients and generating revenue for the company.
2. Generate sales & revenue for the company in the business of IT Staffing in the UK region.
3. Discuss the sales strategy with the operational & functional heads before its execution & implementation.
4. Open a new line of business for the company by generating new end clients.
5. Develop and maintain long-lasting and mutually beneficial working relationships with clients.
6. Responsible for operating through your own sales database & senior network of industry professionals for generating new business development & revenue for the company.
