We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead the charge in selling service packages and spare parts across industries like Rail, Marine and Automotive (or similar). This is a remote role, but you'll need to be comfortable hitting the road when needed, whether for client meetings, exhibitions, or site visits.

What we're looking for:
This isn't a job for everyone. To thrive here, you'll need:
* Sales experience success from a similar industry sector (bonus points for prior experience in Rail, Marine or Automotive sectors).
* Strong existing relationships within engineering and manufacturing across relevant industry sectors.
* A technical background, ideally a degree or HNC in mechanical engineering or similar.
* Knowledge of mechanical systems (bonus points if you know your way around electrical systems, too).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts confidently.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to self-manage while contributing to team goals.
