We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Assistant (TA) to join our team in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with special educational needs and help them thrive in a positive and inclusive learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Special Educational Needs Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with a variety of learning needs. Working alongside the class teacher, you will assist with delivering personalised interventions, encourage student engagement, and help create an atmosphere of respect and understanding.
Responsibilities:
* Offer one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
* Help implement individualised learning plans and strategies.
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and overcoming challenges.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Assist with personal care and mobility needs when required.
About You:
* Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
* Passionate about making a difference and supporting students' growth.
