General Manager required for a Hotel in the Lakes, live in available for the 1st 6 months. Salary £35 - £40K. The general manager will run the day to day operation of the Hotel and ensure the hotel runs smoothly.
The role:
As a general manager, you will work alongside the head office team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly on a day to day basis. You will ensure the budgets are met for the hotel, the rotas are correct for each department, the hotel meets fire safety regulations, and all legal requirements are followed. This role will include all the normal General Manager duties.
Experience:
We are looking for a candidate who is either a General Manager or an Operations Manager ready to step up; you will be a hands-on manager and very front-facing.
