As an IFA Administrator, you will provide support to the administration team on a range of different client cases.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors.
* Managing incoming and outgoing post.
* Generating valuations for adviser meetings.
* Making enquiries to various platforms and providers to assist the senior administrator in business processing.
* Answering incoming calls.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information and financial plans.
* Assisting with special projects as needed.
* General administration includes but is not limited to; mail merges, scanning, collating annual review packs and key documentation.
* Undertaking any other duties in keeping with the nature of the position.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in using basic computer software (MS Office and Outlook).
* A willingness to learn.
* Client focus - A passion for providing a good service.
* A desire to build a career in financial services.
* Strong work ethic and good attitude.
* Good communication skills (written and verbal) that are effective and meet business needs.
* Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
