What You’ll Do:
1. Lead new business development across multi-channel media offerings
2. Build and manage high-value client relationships
3. Deliver strategic sales proposals and close deals
4. Attend international exhibitions & industry events
5. Collaborate closely with directors & editorial for platform growth
6. Report directly to the Group Sales Director
We’re Hiring: Media Sales Manager – Print | Digital | Events
Kent-based (Office-based, Hybrid Considered)
£45K–£55K basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+)
Full-time | Permanent
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years media or event sales experience
2. A confident communicator with natural commercial instincts
3. A strong ‘hunter’ mentality – always seeking new revenue streams
4. Familiar with CRMs and Microsoft Office
5. Motivated, resilient, and ready to exceed KPIs
