We are looking for a results-driven Sales Office Manager with a passion for sales and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team performance and enhancing our customers’ experience, whilst achieving outstanding results.
About the Role:
As our Sales Office Manager, reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be leading the internal sales team, ensuring that sales activities are maximised and targets are exceeded. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring all individual and team targets in accordance with the company target, implementing full performance management initiatives for the sales staff. You will ensure that the highest standards of sales support, administration and customer service are maintained at all times. You will be able to lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and promoting a positive and motivated work environment within the team. This role is full-time from Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, based at our Alton, Hampshire HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team management, establishing targets and objectives, harnessing team members’ strengths.
2. Taking a proactive role with the team, developing and growing existing and new accounts.
3. Targeting dealers with new products and marketing campaigns.
4. Targeting dealers with our 3rd party brands and marketing campaigns.
5. Overseeing all sales administrative processes, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.
6. Upholding high levels of customer service, guiding the team and directly handling customer queries, orders, claims and concerns, while maintaining exemplary levels of service at all times.
7. Managing and monitoring account growth of external Sales Representatives.
8. Working with the marketing team – new product launches etc.
9. Cooperating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable track record of excelling in fast-paced sales roles, displaying strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, to meet deadlines and deliver results consistently.
* Be available to travel domestically and overseas. Full driving licence and passport required.
* Demonstrate ability to contribute to sales growth and customer relationship management.
* Experience in managing both in-house and external sales teams, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
* Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - enabling effective interaction with team members and customers.
* Motorcycle industry experience essential.
* Motorcycle knowledge and interest preferred.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
