As an Account Manager at Ideagen, you will play a critical role in maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention within Ideagen. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base, actively identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring their long-term success with our software solution. - Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts. - Build robust relationships with key stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to their needs. - Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate satisfaction, tackle challenges, and propose solutions. - Develop strategic account plans to drive upselling and cross-selling, increasing customer revenue. - Identify upselling opportunities through a deep understanding of customer needs and usage patterns. - Craft tailored proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to secure upsells. - Recognise potential risks to customer revenue and implement strategies to mitigate them. - Analyse usage data to identify signs of churn or dissatisfaction, taking proactive actions to retain customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Provide timely and effective support throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and success. - Experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or sales. - Experience selling in the healthcare sector - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding upselling targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. - Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions. - Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple customer accounts. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms is preferred.
