Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a large caseload of remortgage files.
2. Monitor and deliver fully against personal targets.
3. Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines, ensuring that all files are progressed in a timely manner.
4. Handle complex aspects of the remortgage transaction.
5. Take overall responsibility for files from opening through to completion with administrative support.
6. Provide exceptional service to clients, introducers, and associates.
7. Deal with complex enquiries.
8. Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without compromising client or business safety.
9. Ensure all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
10. Maintain detailed telephone notes throughout transactions and respond to emails and calls promptly.
11. Ensure all files are billed correctly with appropriate fees and that funds are sent to the correct place upon completion.
12. Provide support and coaching to Trainee Case Managers.
13. Optimize the client experience through the use of conveyancing systems and technology.
14. Suggest improvements to current policies and procedures.
15. Comply with company policy at all times.
This will ultimately be a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, with the first 8 weeks being full-time in the office during the training period.
The Person:
We are looking for a skilled Case Manager with preferably around 2+ years of previous experience.
An enthusiastic team player and natural self-starter able to work on your own initiative.
The ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
Strong attention to detail along with verbal and numerical skills. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
