Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 40hrs/week over a rolling rota covering hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm
We are seeking a motivated and optimistic candidate to take on the role of Team Leader to coach, mentor and develop our teams, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service and meet business needs.
In your new role, your responsibilities include delegating tasks to team members effectively, managing the recruitment for the team, maintaining open and clear communication with internal and external teams and effectively responding to customer queries.
As a Team Leader, you'll oversee the people management for your team, ensuring their performance and behaviours support and uphold Mitie standards. In addition, you will be responsible for the team's return to work, sickness, annual leave, KPIs, and providing 1-to-1s.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in leadership, preferrably within a call centre or helpdesk environment. You will have experience of working towards KPIs and SLAs and prior success in guiding teams to reach their targets. Successful candidates will be confident and organised in their approach and can build a bridge between their team members and the expectations of senior management. A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable for this role as you may be required to make client visits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
