About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Technology & Change to lead Hightown's ambitious technology focused change agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring infrastructure, applications and change management practices meet current needs and are prepared for future challenges. This will include application architecture, cloud strategy, infrastructure, cyber security and change management. Who we are looking for In addition to extensive experience leading technology and change functions (preferably in the social housing sector), the ideal candidate will demonstrate; Experience of developing technology and change governance as well as developing and implementing technology strategies that include large-scale cloud solutions, infrastructure projects, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.
