About the role:
Lead and inspire a team of Operational Managers to deliver exceptional service within SEC Food's Live retail and restaurant sector. Manage client relationships commercially, ensuring compliance with policies. Oversee service standards, staff development, and food and beverage operations, exceeding customer expectations. Review business performance, meet financial targets, and demonstrate commercial value to direct reports, leadership, and line managers, aligning with the One Compass vision and strategy.
Planning:
* Align with SEC brand, drive catering improvements, and apply lessons learned.
* Monitor market trends and suggest changes.
Operations:
* Ensure top-quality service, exceed targets, and manage suppliers.
* Drive guest focus, align menus with budgets, and act on feedback.
* Build stakeholder relationships, maximize performance.
People:
* Foster client relationships, team engagement, and communication.
* Coach, celebrate success, and manage talent.
Financial & Business Development:
* Control costs, analyze growth opportunities, and develop products.
* Lead growth strategy, ensure compliance, and achieve profit targets.
KPIs:
* Achieve growth, retention, positive feedback, and cost control.
* Ensure audits, waste reduction, and supplier compliance.
About you:
* Minimum 2 years in a management role with P&L accountability in high-volume food service.
* Financial controls, forecasting, and commercial modeling experience.
* Led teams of 8+ in delivering excellent food and customer service.
* Change program implementation experience.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and IT skills.
* Health, Safety, and Food Safety management expertise.
* Commercial acumen to drive sales and profitability.
