You will play a key role in the delivery of the Job Evaluation process, from meeting managers to evaluating roles, ensuring fair pay across the council. Your skills will be showcased across the whole team, as you will assist both schools and corporate managers in placing advert requests on the recruitment platform Jobtrain. This role will allow you to build on your existing knowledge, skills and experience, as you will be assisting on numerous projects, as well as overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the Agency contract.
