The Role:
Start Date: Monday, 24th February (after February half-term)
Duration: Initially until the Easter break, with potential to extend until the end of the academic year
Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Position: Teaching Assistant (SEMH focus)
Pay: Competitive daily rate (£85-£100 per day, DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs
Assisting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
Implementing strategies to help pupils manage emotions and engage in learning
Supporting children in developing confidence, resilience, and positive social skills
Working closely with the SENCO and external professionals to provide tailored interventions
Who We're Looking For:
A recent Psychology graduate (or related field) with a strong interest in child development and education
