In this role you will add value to PXP by: you will own partner relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration with your clients and PXP’s internal teams, as well as supporting partners to continuously grow their merchant portfolio at PXP. You will be a pivotal part of driving improvements, and act as their trusted point of contact. A typical week as a Partner Service Manager might involve: Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, supporting onboarding and ongoing collaboration. Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of escalation for partner-related issues, ensuring swift resolutions. Portfolio Performance Reviews: Report, monitor and analyse partner merchant portfolios to identify areas for improvement and growth Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Partner Training: provide training and insights on PXP’s tools, processes and products as required We are looking for someone who: Has a proven track record in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support Services, in the payments or financial services industry. Demonstrates exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Flourish in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to challenges. Build and nurture strong client relationships with a personable and engaging approach. Passionate about the payments industry and eager to stay ahead of trends. Excel at problem-solving with a structured, organized, and strategic mindset.
