Workmans Recruitment is collaborating with a highly regarded and well-established Social Housing Contractor known for delivering exceptional building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over 80 years in London and the surrounding home counties. We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in kitchen and bathroom strip-out and fit-out programs. This role involves managing a team of internal and external subcontractors across multiple sites in Northwest London. Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and adheres to Health and Safety legislation. Manage a team of skilled trade staff and subcontractors across various locations. Build strong relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Conduct pre-work inspections, set up work areas, and complete post-inspections of finished projects. Monitor team productivity, provide progress reports to the Contracts Manager, and conduct on-site welfare checks.
