Key Responsibilities: Provide cover teaching across various schools, ensuring minimal disruption to students’ education when their usual teacher is unavailable. Plan and deliver lessons across different subjects and year groups. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring every learner has the chance to succeed. Maintain positive classroom management and create a conducive learning environment. Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback and support when needed. Collaborate with school staff to share resources and contribute to the overall success of the schools. Assist with pastoral care and participate in extracurricular activities as required.
