Employment: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - Homebased and travel within Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire/ Suffolk
Salary: Grade 4 (Trainee) £24,500 - £27,250 Grade 5 (Qualified – dependent on IAG Level) £28,000 - £31,250 pro rata for part time

What are we looking for?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Careers Advisor or anyone wanting to kick-start their career in Information, Advice and Guidance. This role is within Hertfordshire and includes travel.
The successful candidate will have a passion for making a difference to people’s lives and promoting social mobility; supporting customers to remove barriers to employment and training, to access opportunities to progress in the world of work, and to manage their careers. It’s essential for the candidate to have a ‘can-do’, proactive and flexible style of working.
Through seeking out local labour market information, this role will provide customers with local awareness of opportunities and trends. The successful candidate will promote the service with local partners and organisations, to build the referrals coming through our service. Flexibility, creativity, and the desire to succeed in a target driven environment are key to success in this role.
