Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the People Team.
* Manage HR-related documentation, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant.
* Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and collating feedback.
* Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
* Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries.
* Contribute to HR projects as required.
* Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of HR data.
* Support in fostering a positive company culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Team Administrator should have:
* A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
