Our client, an award-winning SME is looking for a Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR Manager as part of a slight restructure in the department. This person will report straight into the Head of HR and take on most day-to-day responsibilities within the business, with the assistance of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: -
Strong HR Advisory experience with the ability to lead on disputes, grievances, investigations and general employee relation issues.
CIPD Level 5 or above (ideally – equivalent work experience also considered)
Ability to advise managers on the right approach to HR issues with strong knowledge of relevant legislation
Strong documentation and IT skills
A professional but friendly approach
Ability to deal with a variety of white-collar and blue-collar workers
Ability to work within a busy small team environment where everyone pitches in to help
