Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity?
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about providing excellent customer service to the HR Business Partnering team. This is a six-month fixed-term role where you’ll ensure an efficient and seamless service is delivered to the business.
The HR Business Partnering team is a high-performing and dynamic group working closely with the business in both a reactive and proactive manner. No two days are the same!
You’ll act as a key point of contact for managers and support the early stages of employee relations cases, providing quality advice and support where appropriate. Using your excellent communication skills, you’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, providing day-to-day advice and identifying development/training needs.
Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always going the extra mile will be essential, along with excellent administration, analytical, and organizational skills. Our aim is to keep making Abri a great place to work!
