As Service Manager, you will collaborate closely with Clinical Leads, Matrons, and the Clinical Business Unit (CBU) leadership team, which includes the Clinical Director, Associate Director of Operations, Associate Director of Nursing and Head of Midwifery.
In this role, you will provide operational expertise, ensuring national and corporate targets are achieved and that strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans to consistently deliver high-quality care.
We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished individual who can drive forward our vision for continued improvement. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities, a proven history of effective collaboration with clinical teams, and experience in meeting performance standards and deadlines.
The successful candidate will be part of the Clinical Business Unit for Womens, Paediatrics, and Clinical Services, and will have the Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Acute Paediatrics portfolio., As the Service Manager, you will ensure the provision of high-quality care by managing your departments efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing allocated financial resources, performing line management duties, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators.
