Job Description
1. Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
2. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
3. Assist in the management of staff relationships, respond to any queries or problems that they have and manage their expectations.
4. Handle HR-related documentation and records.
5. Contribute to the development of HR procedures and policies.
6. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organise a staff survey).
7. Support the recruitment process.
8. Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. A comprehensive understanding of HR processes and best practices.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees.
5. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
