Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and being an integral part of the Group FP&A team, this position serves as a crucial liaison for both the UK&I Revenue team and the Group Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the center of various financial operations and strategic decision-making processes.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass providing detailed and routine financial analysis, along with executing regular forecasting and budgeting activities that are essential for informed financial planning. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in multiple high-impact projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping financial strategies and ensuring alignment between diverse teams.

Requirements
The successful candidate will take on a variety of exciting responsibilities, including:
1. Collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Routing, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to provide essential financial support and foster synergistic cross-functional relationships.
2. Delivering insightful monthly financial analyses to Senior Management and Executive Management Teams, empowering them to discern business trends that guide strategic decision-making.
3. Playing a vital role in the forecasting process, encompassing both the annual budget and in-year projections.
4. Collecting and refining extensive data sets to create thorough and significant analyses concerning customers and products.
5. Enhancing business reporting and aiding in the ongoing implementation of company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards.
The ideal candidate will possess a remarkable track record in a similar position. Specifically, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Experience in a financial planning and analysis role, particularly in gross profit reporting.
2. Proficient in Excel with a strong history of working with extensive and intricate data sets.
3. Capable of deriving insights from data and articulating findings effectively.
4. Proven experience in cultivating robust relationships across various departments within an organization.
5. A natural curiosity coupled with the agility to think on your feet.
6. A motivated, goal-focused attitude.
7. A hands-on, proactive work ethic.
8. Qualified accountant status (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent).
9. Experience in a SaaS, technology, or services business.
10. Familiarity with Power BI reporting.
