We’re looking for someone who’s a great communicator, highly organised, and great at supporting senior people in being most effective. About the role
A core part of the role will be providing essential support across the business to help us win new clients/work. You will conduct business development research, help identify and respond to sales opportunities (supporting the wider team in this work), and implement and report back on business development activity. You’ll help the directors prepare proposals and presentations, but in a supporting role and won’t be expected to do the sales work yourself. You’ll keep on top of the schedule, organising us to get work done on time. You’ll help us build relationships with our clients by being brilliant at keeping in touch with people in a professional and friendly way.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about building good relationships with people and delivering excellent client service, who has exceptional organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal), and is able to work using your own initiative and within a team.
Core areas of responsibilities include:
Client services:
* Proactively build and maintain positive, long term relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
* Proactively anticipate client needs, identifying opportunities for growth.
* Assist the project management team with account management where required.
* Assist in researching, planning and executing client account plans (in collaboration with both the client and the Studio 24 team), to improve client retention.
* Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and handover to our project management team.
* Be the first point of contact for new enquiries.
* Co-ordinate sales leads from both new and existing clients which would involve:
o Evaluating new leads for suitability.
o Maintain a database of key contacts and prospects via a CRM.
o Write and edit proposals and tender documentation.
o Conduct research.
o Co-ordinate internal teams to collaborate on sales activity.
o Attend face-to-face and virtual meetings to help understand clients requirements.
o Prepare and co-ordinate pitch documentation.
* Research, identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Attend networking events and conferences to help promote Studio 24 and secure new prospects.
* Assist with marketing activity and campaigns, when required.
Communication and reporting:
* Provide regular updates to clients on account activity and plans.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing issues and queries promptly.
* Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve products, services and our processes.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports for our leadership team on key client metrics.

* Experience in client management or customer service would be ideal but not essential.
* Care about delivering an excellent customer service and delivering the best results for our clients.

This role is open to anyone based in the UK within a reasonable travelling distance from Cambridge and London.
Working pattern
We believe in flexibility and supporting staff to do their best work. We are open to this role being either full-time or part-time. We are happy to discuss what works best for you.
We have a hybrid work pattern, with working remotely the default. There is no expectation of regular in-office working, however you will be expected to attend client meetings and travel into the Cambridge office at certain times. The team has the option of coming into the office to collaborate or just to have a different work environment.

The role has a salary range of £27,000 to £34,000, based on your experience. We have a pay scale system at Studio 24 to ensure everyone is paid fairly and equally. We’re developing a career progression framework to make it clear what we expect from people at different stages in your career.
