Sales Administrator
Our client based in Wokingham who specialise within Importing & Exporting food products, are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their small team on a temporary on-going basis. This position is initially covering maternity leave between 9-12 months and could lead into a permanent position due to the company rapidly expanding and continuous growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small family feel business and not be limited to specific duties daily as this offers variety on a day to day basis where you can learn and develop within the role.
The company is based in Wokingham so own transport is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
* £12.50-£13.50 per hour
* Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:30 & Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Responsibilities:
* Actively manage existing accounts/clients to ensure repeat business and develop cross selling opportunities within those companies.
* Answer all incoming calls, emails and website generated orders - processing all orders via internal portal.
* Liaising with internal logistic companies ensuring orders are booked/processed.
* Invoicing all orders internally ensuring specific client requirements are adhered to.
* Resolve customer queries and problems in a satisfactory and timely manner.
