We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our Pay and Policy Team in HR at the Bolton office for a fixed term of 23 months. The successful candidate will assist with the creation and maintenance of several key employee documents including contracts of employment, Job Descriptions and The Employee Handbook. Responsibility for the Right to Work process and assisting with tasks relating to the Pay and Benefits Working Group make for a varied role and will allow the successful candidate to be heavily involved in critical business processes. Successful candidates will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will therefore need to possess excellent communication, time management and organisational skills along with a strong attention to detail. The successful applicant will be privy to sensitive and confidential information and will therefore need to demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity.
