What you’ll be doing:
✅ Own the full sales cycle – from lead gen to conversion
✅ Build relationships with senior decision-makers
✅ Drive growth across the FMCG and retail sectors
✅ Collaborate with teams to ensure long-term client success
✅ Balance hitting targets with a consultative, value-first approach
What we’re looking for:
🔹 5+ years in high-value B2B sales, including new business and pipeline building
🔹 Strong experience in FMCG or retail – you get the industry
🔹 Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
🔹 Proactive, positive and solutions-focused
🔹 Based within commuting distance of Watford, with UK (and occasional international) travel required
