We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Duties
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and medical histories.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
* Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
* Provide direct patient care, including wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
* Valid nursing registration with the relevant regulatory body.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions.
* Proficiency in medication administration techniques and protocols.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care with a strong sense of empathy.

Pay: From £20.18 per hour
