Duties
Managing the phone calls and dealing with all incoming emailenquiries accordingly
Support with groupbookings meeting room bookings and individual guestsenquiries
Complete and maintain any dailyactivity reports or other reports requested bymanagement
Process payments authorizations andcorporate booking
Control all Front Office andFood & Beverage invoices orders and financialaccounts
Take responsibility to ensure allrequired tasks are completed accurately and within given timeframes.
Provide efficient friendly andprofessional service to all guests.
To supervisethe collection of financial information required by the regionalaccounts office.
To distribute incoming financialinformation.
