We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Officer to join our fantastic team at CHS South.
This is a Grade 4, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days. The pro-rata salary is £22,005. The full-time equivalent salary is £25,584.
We’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels. They will have the ability to plan and prioritise own workload, and that of others, to meet deadlines within fixed timescales. They will have excellent personal and office organisational skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective administrative systems.
Main purpose of the job:
To provide an efficient, responsive and high quality administrative and financial support to the school.
The post holder will report to the School Administrator / Operations Manager. Apart from other colleagues in the school, the main contacts of the job are the head teacher, teaching and other support staff, pupils parents.
