Job Description for the Office and Project Administrator
Office Admin
Management of Board meeting admin & minutes for designated Operating Companies
Management of board trackers and associated documents and action prompting
The Role and Role Specific Competencies
Coordination of travel bookings
Monitoring of shared team mailboxes
Management of Right to work checks and team induction planning
Visitor arrangements management
Provision of backup and cover for Executive Assistant
Governance and Risk (GAR)
Ownership of the firesafe (contents, archive etc)
Administration of GAR systems
Docusign as back up for Executive Assistant
Skillcast LMS system in conjunction with Executive Assistant
Management of conflict of interest forms and process
Management of reserved matter and decision tracking records
Upkeep of Gifts and Hospitality Register
Records and policy management and expiry oversight
Monitoring of team shared mailboxes and identifying actions required
Collation of KPI metrics and risk data from Operating companies
Essential Skills and experience
Must have good A levels
Worked in a similar role and have strong similar experience
