We are seeking a detail-orientedProcessing Backshift Administratorto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of administrative tasks during the backshift operation, including filing Quality Control (QC) paperwork, processing and reconciling orders, and accurate data input.

Hours: Monday to Friday / backshift
Duties:
* Organize and file all Quality Control (QC) paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
* Process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the EPR system
* Reconcile orders by verifying quantities, prices, and other relevant details
* Accurately input data into internal systems to maintain up-to-date records
* Communicate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling business information
* Assist with any additional administrative duties as required
