Ruby Group are looking for a Finance Administrator to join a fast-growing IT/Tech company that recently secured funding to further expand. Currently employing over 1000 people. Reporting into the Finance Manager your responsibilities will be:
1. Assist with the production of monthly management accounts.
2. Maintain and reconcile the Accounts Payable.
3. Process weekly payment runs.
4. Raise sales ledger invoices and monitor debtor’s days.
5. Allocate cash and maintain the general Ledger.
6. Prepare VAT Returns and month end accounts.
7. Prepare external payroll data for collaboration with external accountants.
8. Lead weekly Payment meeting with the CFO.
9. Review and streamline financial processes.
The ideal applicant will have a relevant degree and be working toward becoming a fully qualified accountant in either ACCA/CIMA. You must have a minimum of three years’ experience gained whilst working in finance operations. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to weekly and monthly deadlines. Experience of NetSuite is advantageous. This is an exciting time to join our client. They offer an excellent working environment and study support.
