We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor to join our team at HMP Rochester, a CATEGORY B male prison.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a General Supervisor with any combination of:
1. Previous recognized experience and supervisory skills in facilities management
2. Experience of compliance
3. Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
4. Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management / project management)
5. Good Health & Safety knowledge
6. Excellent organizational, time management, and people skills
