Our Facilities Management division is looking for someone who loves resolving customer queries to work on their Helpdesk. We need someone with experience dealing with customers and an excellent telephone manner.
You will provide administration support, maintaining accurate client records and building relationships with both clients and contractors.
Previous experience as a helpdesk operator or experience working in FM would be desirable.
This is a fast-paced role where responses must be accurate and timely. Working in a small team, you will need to prioritize your workload and react to changing situations. Proficiency in all Office suites is required.
An ability to travel to field sites as required is essential.
This role involves an on-call element at weekends (1 in 3), paying overtime.
