We are seeking a Property Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic accounts team within a proactive property company based in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is highly organised, and has strong IT skills. Experience with QUBE (Property CRM system) is desirable. Key Responsibilities: Raising and issuing service charge and ground rent invoices (monthly and quarterly). Liaising with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence. Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping. Managing both sales and purchase ledgers. Progressing towards managing your own portfolio of clients. Assisting external accountants with year-end accounts. Supporting property managers with budgets, debtors, and credit control. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in an accounts-based role (property sector experience advantageous). Ideally AAT Level 2-3 qualified or equivalent experience. Strong IT skills, including Excel and experience with accounting software (QUBE experience preferred). Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines. Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
