EUROPEAN SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (BEAUTY/ SKIN CARE) B2B
REMOTE ROLE
UK BASED CANDIDATES
UP TO £55K
Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding Beauty/ skin care business based in Manchester experiencing rapid growth. They are now looking to recruit an experienced B2B European Sales Manager with experience in SKIN CARE/ BEAUTY PRODUCTS. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with many beauty brands and skin care brands.
You will have full accountability to set, develop and lead the strategy for growing the business within multiple high street retailers across Europe (Cosmetics and Personal care). You will work with the sales director and liaise with the Product and Marketing teams to develop and grow these key business areas in Europe. You will constantly look for new ways of working to strengthen relationships and brand presence within these customers and develop multifaceted strategies to encompass instore retail.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Develop new business within high street retailers across Europe.
2. Work with sales agents and distributors.
3. Develop meaningful business relationships that deliver on internal KPIs and also the customer needs.
4. Full P&L responsibility from delivering sales at the top line to managing investment throughout the P&L.
5. Create and deliver a cosmetics and personal care business plan encompassing instore and dot.com platforms to drive both sales and profitability in these accounts.
6. Utilise comprehensive data and business analytics to formulate commercial strategies, proactively identifying opportunities for both Sell in and Sell out growth across both Cosmetics and Personal Care.
7. Manage the promotional platforms for each business sector and review performance against them to ensure return on investment.
8. Ensure precision in both commercial reporting and forecasting.
9. Devise ways of working, strategies and processes that will support this.
10. Create regular business updates on how the accounts are tracking and any new developments/risk and opportunities.
11. Identify any gaps and propose solutions on how to improve and take advantage of opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE
1. Proven sales experience as a B2B European Sales Manager in the SKIN CARE BEAUTY INDUSTRY RETAIL FMCG.
2. A great relationship builder.
3. Proficient in P&L and budget management.
4. Advanced customer management skills, including effective communication and presentation skills.
5. Bold, passionate and driven to succeed with the ability to combine strategic direction and commercial acumen.
6. A self-starter who can find their own path and learn quickly to pick up complex situations.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with meticulous organisation and planning.
8. Thrive and relish challenges.
9. Ability to create compelling arguments and gain stakeholder buy-in both internally and externally.
10. Cross-functionally agile and not afraid to harness the talent of those around you.
Up to £55k depending upon experience of the candidates.
Fully remote role - but needs to be UK based.
Excellent salary depending upon candidates' relevant experience.
1 Friday off every month + 28 days holidays.
