The Eastern General Practice Pharmacist (GPP) Bank Worker Register helps GP Federations across the Eastern area cover planned and unplanned short-term gaps in GPP staffing. Federations may use the Bank in circumstances such as: Cover for GPP absence Gaps between existing GPPs leaving and new recruits joining. If you register with the Bank, you will be made aware of GPP sessions within Eastern Federations as they become available. If you are interested in working, you will be asked to contact Eastern FSU HR. Benefits of joining the Bank register Enjoy flexibility and variety pick sessions that fit your schedule and work in different Practices and Federation areas. No obligation whilst there is an expectation that you will accept work offered on a regular basis, you are not tied down to work when sessions become available. Unlike an employment contract, bank work operates on an "as and when" basis. You dont have to accept available sessions and FSU will only offer sessions when they are needed. Earn paid annual leave on top of your pay per session, you'll accrue annual leave (pro rata) for each session worked, based on a yearly entitlement of 28 days. Where will Bank Work be available? The Eastern FSU GPP Bank covers the 8 GP Federations of the Eastern area which are: Ards Down East Belfast Lisburn North Belfast North Down South Belfast West Belfast Bank Workers can indicate the areas they wish to work in by completing the location preference sheet along with their application form. Bank Work will be offered as and when available. Salary: £42,618 - £45,996per annum pro-rata dependent on experience and qualifications.
