Duties of this Maintenance Engineers Role:
Provide an Electrical engineering service to the production team to achieve minimal down time
Proactive for carrying out planned maintenance duties
Insuring you are commercially aware of budgets to ensure there is the right amount of spares
Look at ways to continuously improve efficiencies and downtime
Collect and compile all data as requested
To encourage and motivate apprentices and offer assistance. Qualifications and skills needed for this Maintenance Engineer.
Must hold a recognised Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
Experience within a fast paced environment
Experience in a medium or heavy industry is preferable.
Ability to work to tight deadlines & under pressure. Benefits of this Maintenance Engineer’s role:
Salary £50,300 (including shift allowance)
4 on 4 off off shift pattern
Paid over time available
21 days holiday plus bank holidays,
