Basic £25-27k + excellent commission structure with progression opportunities
RSW are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive for a permanent role with our client, specialist manufacturer based in Caldicot.
Working alongside established External Sales team:
* Build, support and further develop business opportunities at allocated accounts.
* Responsible for managing focused sales and marketing campaigns across chemical and food industry.
* Aim to develop pipeline across identified business accounts.
* Ensure pipeline progression is accurately recorded in CRM.
* Prepare and present results in a coherent professional manner.
* Conduct followup on marketing campaigns to progress leads.
* Develop an allocated portfolio of accounts.
* Delivery against agreed sales budgets and set KPIs.
Knowledge/Skills Required
* Excellent communication skills (via the telephone and face to face)

Desirable:
* Sales experience in chemical or food distribution
