The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and supporting the youngest learners. You will assist the classroom teacher in creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment, fostering children's development through play-based learning and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the EYFS teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to children.
* Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Support children with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning materials as needed.
* Assist with classroom management and organization.
Requirements
* Experience working with early years children.
* A passion for early childhood education and helping children thrive.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
