About the Job
Reason for Vacancy:
* The Commercial Manager required three additional Quantity Surveyors to deliver projects across gas holder, minor works, reinstatement and backfill frameworks after Northern Gas Networks received a significant increase in workload across various frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of commercial and procurement strategies across a portfolio of regional frameworks.
* Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors from relevant contractors or subcontractors, who can commute weekly to Leeds.
* Strong infrastructure project experience and post contract management experience of variations and claims to a high level.
* Maintain all candidates in the recruitment process in a competitive market by recruiting to an agreed interview process and moving quickly to offer.
