We’re looking for an experienced Senior Care Practitioner to help guide our incredible care team at Derwent, supporting our residents in living happy, healthy and independent lives. We’re looking for someone with experience working in a care home or similar environment, and ideally, you’ll be used to supervising and mentoring a team. You’ll also need a Health and Social Care qualification (Level 3) or the commitment to work towards one.
