We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated head of department who would like to join a successful department, or an experienced teacher who is ready to make the transition to their first curriculum leadership role.
The successful candidate will share the school’s vision and the belief that all young people should be able to enjoy a life of choice and opportunity and be committed to ensuring that every child can achieve their full potential.
This is a English department leadership role, where you will be driving exceptional pupil in English from KS3 to KS5. Your purpose is to nurture a group of teachers to achieve incredible outcomes, whilst promoting literacy, reading and drama across the school. We teach AQA GCSE English Literature and English Language, and Edexcel English Literature.
