Ref: 000470 Contract: Fixed Term until August 2025 Hours: 36.66 per week, term time only Start Date: ASAP Salary: 25,183 - 27,269 (full time full year equivalent) Actual Salary: 20,986 - 22,724 per annum (Grade 3) The successful candidate will : A committed and compassionate professional, sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the school Be able to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under supervision. Have experience of working closely with individuals with S.E.N.D. Be able to work with the teacher to contribute to learning activities and lesson planning. This may include planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals and groups. Be willing to support or lead classes according to the school s need. Be an effective team member with very high expectations of themselves and all learners. Be an effective communicator able to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders. Be an excellent role model with strong organisational skills.
