Job Description
* Manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Dealing with escalated queries and complaints.
* Dealing with complex clients and complex order processing.
* Handle complex queries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
* Oversee the end-to-end order process, maintaining attention to detail.
* Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and production teams.
* Proactively identify and address potential service issues.
* Prepare and present regular customer service performance reports.
* Drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
* Train and mentor junior team members to uphold service standards.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within manufacturing or B2B environments.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
* A proactive problem-solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Capable of working collaboratively across departments and functions.
* Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable to change.
What's on Offer
